In psychological counseling I support you with personal problems, worries and crises as well as to process and overcome personal conflicts. The conversation should help you to find more clarity and solutions for your situation.
The first meeting serves to get to know each other, to define your consulting concerns and goals, and to start working together on your topic. I work according to the principles of Carl Gustav Jung's analytical psychology, which aims to integrate our unconscious parts. By processing our unlived or unloved aspects of ourselves, we come back into unity and balance by integrating them with ourselves and our environment.
On request, I can also combine this form of therapy with the holistic color consultation according to Aura Soma, which carries the principle of depth psychology and makes the cause and solution of the issue visible through the colors.

Process and costs
​
The talks usually last 60 minutes. The frequency of the hours depends on the concerns, wishes and depth of the problem and the course of the process.

For English-speaking clients, the consultations are also held in English.

Cost for 90 minutes 120 €
​
Reimbursement by health insurance companies
The consultations are not covered by statutory or private health insurance. Invoicing goes directly to the client.

According to § 203, paragraph StGB, I am obliged to remain silent about all content that has become known to me in the consultation. theconfidentialityis only possible through a delivery by yourself.
